Brian is the Managing Director of Hilb Group Mid-Atlantic. Brian oversees the sales division and is fundamental in program analysis and strategic planning. He specializes in the finance, delivery, communication and compliance of all facets of group benefit programs. Brian launched his over 30 year career in the employee benefits industry using his early beginnings serving in the Army and earning a B.S. in Marketing from University of Maryland. He began his career in the industry in 1993 at MAMSI Health Plans. His vast experience includes sales and marketing, strategic planning, regulatory affairs and underwriting.
