Jennifer has been in the industry for over 30 years. Jenn not only proactively develops relationships with employers who benefit from our solutions, she manages our team collaboratively with clients to meticulously design, implement and monitor creative strategies that solve problems and align with their benefit philosophies. Jenn works with clients ranging in size from small employers to to large employers and national corporations. As a licensed Life and Health Agent, she takes pride in providing superior customer service, staying current on new industry trends and negotiating with carriers for the best rates and benefits possible for her clients. Jenn truly enjoys being “part of the solution” at Hilb Group and in the community. She has also served in numerous volunteer positions.
