Tyler Mackie

After leaving college at Tennessee Tech University, Tyler started a career in Financial Services with Bankers Life and Casualty in 2002, in the Asheville NC Branch. He was with Bankers Life for almost 5 years moving up through their management program before being relocated to East Tennessee. Leaving Bankers Life carrier agency in 2007, Tyler founded what would later be Mackie Financial Group, an independent agency, at age 27. He met his wife the same year and they married in 2009.  Tyler joined HILB Group in August of 2019 and became the first agency in the Tennessee Region. He and His wife have two great kids Maverick  and Marley, and they live on a small farm in Johnson City Tennessee.
